About Player Washington Storage - North Pickenham
North Pickenham Industrial Area is a 10-acre site designated for industrial and storage use. The site will be gradually developed as potential tenants confirm their needs. The site has planning permission for 24 industrial units, and a portion has already been developed for self-storage units.
Completed Site Developments:
- Roadways and drainage in place
- CCTV installed on boundaries
- Site levelled tidied
- Passing places in approach road installed making site more accessible
- 2 acre area designated for self storage.
- First batch of self storage containers situated
Planned Site Developments:
- Top coat on the entrance section of road
- Further CCTV and security measures
- Upgraded fencing to Eastern and Southern boundary (estimated by end of July)
- Further batches of self storage containers situated (End of August)
- Building work on first industrial unit (planned September)
